  2. Await Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Shipping: If your return is authorized, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds

Approved Returns: For items that are approved for return and meet the criteria above, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Final Sale Items

All clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
